Mga bagay na di dapat isuot kapag matutulog.1.Huwag matulog ng may suot na relo.
Ang mga relo ay nag-eemit ng certain level of radioactivity. Kahit gaano kaliit ang relo, kapag suot mo ito habang natutulog, it might have an adverse effect on your health.2.Huwag matulog ng may bra.
Ayon sa isang grupo ng mga dalubhasa sa Amerika, ang pagtulog ng may bra sa higit 12 oras ay may higher risk sa pagkakaroon ng breast cancer. So, sa mga gel's diyan, sabihan nyo ako pag matutulog na kayo ha.
3. Huwag matulog ng may phone.
Kase masisira ang tulog nyo (dyowk). Scientists said & proved that electrical items such as phones emits magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruption to our nervous system. At mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ng mga lintek na dalubhasang ito ang paglalagay o pagtabi sa cellphone habang natutulog at maski gawin itong alarm clock ay bawal din. (bitter).
4. Huwag matulog ng may maskara, in short make up.

Mga simpleng paalala, subalit totoo. Kaya mga kaberks, kafarmville, kablog, kafezbuk, kapuso, kapamilya, kabagang, laging tandaan na ang buhay ay weather weather lang, mahalin at alagaan ang ating sarili dahil health is wealth...

We think about it, sing about it, dream about it & loose sleep worrying about it. When we dont know we have it, we search for it. When we discover it, we dont know what to do with it. When we have it, we fear loosing it. it is the constant source of pleasure & pain. But we dont know which it will be from one moment to the next. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define & impossible to live without.

Go out in the world and work like money doesnt matter. Sing as if no one is listening. Love as if you have never been hurt, and dance as if no one is watching.

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit, and that is... our FRIENDS.

A stolen shot at Nan Liao with me & my friendsDahil halloween ngayon at wala akong maisulat (siguro may masamang spirit na sumapi sa akin) gumawa ako ng sarili kong 10 things to know if halloween is around the corner. And here it is...
1. Trapik sa North & South expressway.
2. Maraming decorS sa mga mall ng pekeng web, sombrero ng witch at mga maskara for costume party. Most popular costumes for para sa party ay witches, pirates, vampires, cats and clowns.
3. Maraming gumagawa at nagpapagawa ng suman lalo na sa probinsya.
4. Maraming tao sa Dangwa at Dimasalang.
5. Punuan at halos di ka makasakay sa bus, at kung mamalasin ka pa aabutan ka na ng undas bago ka makasakay sa mga stations and terminals papuntang probinsya.
6. May mga nagtitrick or treat sa mga sosyal na villages.
7. Puro kwentong katatakutan ang mapapanood mo sa telebisyon, remember the magandang gabi bayan, halloween specials. (nung bata ako sobrang takot na takot at paniwalang paniwala sa mga mga kwento ni vice pres noli.)
8. Kanya-kanyang rush ang mga rusher para mamakyaw ng mga kandila (dahil sa probinsya, pabonggahan ng kandila).
9. May mga live telecast ang mga TV stations sa north & south cemetery. Nagpi-feature din sila kung sinong sikat na personalidad ang dumating na at dumalaw sa cemetery.

10. Bakasyon grande. The president declared a long vacation.
