They say Filipino loves to eat. True. At a kabila ng iba't ibang handaan dala ng kapaskuhan at kabi-kabilang mga party, for sure naramdaman niyo ang mga ito,bloating, hirap sa pagdighay, pananakit ng tiyan, pananakit ng bandang itaas na bahagi ng sikmura, lalo na after kumain ng ibat ibang pagkain gaya ng istapegi, pansit, menudo, adobo, fruit salad, hamon, at iba't iba pang putaheng pang pasko at pang christmas party. Kung ito ay iyong naramdaman ikaw ay na-IMPATSO o indigestion. 

At dahil ikaw ay nakaranas ng ganito nung kapaskuhan, narito ang limang tips upang ito ay maiwasan sa darating na NEW YEAR.

1. Alamin ang inyong kapasidad sa pagkain. Hindi yung para kang alipin sa gigilid na para bang mauubusan ng pagkain. 
   1a. Bago kumain mag-cart wheel muna ng 5 beses to left then back to the right naman. Lol!

2. Magdala ng 'gamot sa bukol', diatabs ang ibig kong sabihin... tanga!. Aspirin at mga gamot na may steroid. (kung magtatanong ka kung bakit yung may steroid, hindi kita masasagot dahil hindi ako ang duktor mo)

3. Isara ang bibig kapag ngumunguya upang hindi makapasok ang hangin. Dahil kapag nakapasok ang hangin...... mamamatay ka!.... oo, mamamatay ka, kasi nakalimutan mo na tumingin ka pala sa BAGWA ni kris.

4. Iwasan ang pakikipagtsismisan habang ngumunguya. Dahil kapag nakita ka ng pinagtsitsismisan niyo baka mapaaga ang NEW YEAR mo, maari kayong mabaril, oo mabaril agad, kasi uso ang baril kapag bagong taon. 

5. Iwasan ang pagkain ng mabilis kung wala namang TAXI na naghihintay.

Upang lalong maiwasan ang Impatso, narito ang tamang paraan ng pagkain at pag-nguya.
